Pure Process is committed to delivering your favourite skincare, hair care, and body care products to you promptly and efficiently.
1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.
* During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Destinations * We currently ship across all serviceable locations within India. * We do not currently offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Charges
* Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of INR 40 will be applied to all orders below INR 699.
* Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above INR 699.
* Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
* Once dispatched, orders typically take 3-10 business days to be delivered, depending on your location.
* Metro Cities: 3-7 business days.
* Tier 2/3 Cities & Remote Locations: 5-10 business days.
* Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, public holidays, logistical issues, or local restrictions. We are not liable for such delays.
5. Order Tracking
* Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with a tracking number and a link to track your order's journey. * You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the "Track Order" section and entering your tracking details.
6. Delivery Attempts
* Our delivery partners will typically make [2-3] attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is not successful after these attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
* If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for instructions on how to report the issue.
* If your order tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact/email our Customer Service team (hello@thepureprocess.com) within 24 hours of the "delivered" status update. For lost-in-transit shipments, we will investigate with our delivery partners, which may take up to [7-10] business days.
8. Change of Shipping Address
* If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed and shipped.
